During this time your health & safety are our utmost priority, and we take our responsibility to serve you very seriously. Miss Heo has developed strong experience in all COVID operational procedures from takeout to delivery to in-person dining. If you are high-risk, we recommend not dining outside with us but suggest exploring our delivery options.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Yes. All guests are required to wear a mask upon entering and whenever you are not eating or drinking. We may refused entry for any guests without a mask.

Is Miss Heo practicing social distance?

Yes. We have block couple of tables and chairs to practice social distancing.

How is Miss Heo supporting the employees & keeping them safe?

Our employees are required to complete a health declaration before every shift, and we require monthly COVID tests to ensure that everyone is healthy. Any employees who may feel unwell must stay home until they are 100% healthy; they must also present a negative COVID test before returning, regardless of the cause of their illness.

Are all the food in Miss Heo Halal?

Yes. All of our products that we used are halal certified by local authority.

Is Miss Heo child friendly restaurant?

Yes. We are a safe place if you bring your children when dine with us.

How do I make a group reservation?

Any reservation of more than 10 guests must contact us directly and make a deposit. However, in some cases we may not require a deposit.

How if I want to reserved the whole restaurant?

We usually try to accomodate any walk in guests whenever there is a big group. However, if you do not want any other guests, you are required to spend a minimum amounts depending on the day of your reservation.

Can I Check in for reservation early?

You may check in for your reservation early, however we may not be able to seat you until all your guests has arrived and your table is sanitized and ready. We kindly request that you arrive as close to your reservation time as possible.

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

To cancel or change your reservation, please call us directly at +62-411-3629725 or WhatsApp us at +62-811-417-5852. We are waiving all late fees to give our guests the full flexibility to cancel or change should anyone in their party feel unwell. However if you have a deposit with us and you are unable to attend due to non health's related reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
